Commercial ownership
Accountable for revenue, CAC, payback, and retention, not just channel metrics. Comfortable presenting the numbers to a board.
I am Jordan Hines, a growth and marketing leader in Melbourne. This page is built so you can qualify me in under a minute: level, scope, availability, work rights, preferences, and the things I am not right for. No digging required.
Titles vary more than the work does. If the role owns acquisition, retention, and the number at the end of it, it is worth a conversation.
I take ownership of the number. If the role cannot influence it, I am the wrong hire and I would rather say so early.
Accountable for revenue, CAC, payback, and retention, not just channel metrics. Comfortable presenting the numbers to a board.
Largest verified single-client budget owned: $500,000 over 12 months. Sustained spend of $70k+ per month across paid social and search.
140× growth at a bootstrapped global membership business, profitable from first purchase on a subscription model.
Led and mentored data and creative strategists, coordinated agencies and freelancers, and hired to fill the gaps.
Brought in as first marketing hire to build the function from zero: strategy, budget, systems, reporting, and hiring plan.
Reported to GMs, directors, and founders. Partnered with finance, product, creative, and sales to make marketing a commercial driver.
Everything below is a preference, not a wall. If the role is right, tell me where it differs and I will give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.

AI is a throughput multiplier, not a strategy. I use it to remove the work that should never have been manual, then spend the time on the thinking that moves the number.
Hands on keys daily across Meta and Google, from $48k Google Ads programs at $30 a lead to the Meta engine that took WLTH WLKS past A$1M ARR. I build the account structure, the creative testing plan, and the scaling logic myself.
I manage the tracking layer end to end: GA4, GTM, server-side and Conversions API, then turn it into reporting leadership actually acts on rather than dashboards nobody opens.
Built segmented lifecycle programs for prospective, active, at-risk, and churned members, including full CRM migrations and customer journey redesigns across HubSpot, GoHighLevel and others.
I design and build the automations rather than brief them out. Make.com and Zapier for lead routing, enrichment, and reporting pipelines, with AI tooling used to lift creative and research throughput.
I ship pages myself in Framer, Webflow, Shopify, and WordPress, including the CRO testing and technical SEO behind them. No waiting in a dev backlog.
Comfortable running the delivery system and the studio work: sprint planning and briefs in Notion and Asana, plus enough Adobe, Canva, and CapCut to produce ad creative when speed matters.
If you do not see a platform you need, note it down and ask me on a call. I have likely used it in some capacity, and I am always quick to pick up new ones.
Please include the approved range in your brief. It saves both of us a round and I will tell you straight away if it is workable.
